We're excited to host and introduce you to Laura Romero! Laura owns and operates a psychology practice in Alberta aimed at helping individuals, couples, and families connect to their purpose and power.

Using an integrated approach to counselling that may include frameworks such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Solutions-Focused therapy, Laura works collaboratively with her clients to tap into their natural strengths and abilities, and assists them in developing new strategies, so they’re better equipped to deal with whatever challenges may come their way.
