All roads lead to 'power'

Happy Monday!

We hope you had a restful weekend, and are ready for whatever the week might send your way.

Last call - Boundaries Before Burnout®

Over the past weeks and months (years, really), almost every conversation with a leader includes the topic of "burnout", and how challenging it is to address for ourselves and our team members.

Often, we find ourselves stuck at the edge of burnout, or in the vicious loop of burning out, recuperating, and then burning out again. And sometimes it seems like our self-care activities - as helpful as they are in the moment - aren't enough to actually address the underlying issues of ineffective boundaries.

Our first Boundaries Before Burnout® learning accelerator, a collaboration with Woodrie Burich and her team at The Integration Group, kicks off on November 30th (that's next week!). If you're on the edge of burnout, or recuperating and wondering how to avoid it in the future, this learning accelerator is for you.

Navigating employee and organizational needs

If you're a leader, chances are high that you often face decisions that require balancing the needs of your team members against the needs of your company or organization.

Those aren't easy decisions, and this week we're going to dig into some practical approaches for a 'human-centred, systems-conscious' approach that you can use to help navigate these tensions.

When: Thursday, November 24th at 12pm MST | 2pm EST.

Where: we use the same zoom link every week - https://us02web.zoom.us/j/81190478570

And you can find the event here on LinkedIn.
